This repositioning aims to reshape EOS’s brand perception among both loyal users and new audiences, while growing its current presence in the personal care market. In response to past PR challenges around product quality, the strategy here focuses on rebuilding trust through updated product offerings that better align with the values and preferences of a younger, more modern consumer.

At the core of the concept is a simplified body care system of, “base products” enhanced with customizable scent options, offering flexibility for both fragrance enthusiasts and those who prefer more neutral body products. All supported by a summer city pop-up, designed to bring the rebrand to life in a tangible and personalized way.
