The goal of this repositioning was to improve EOS’s brand perception towards old fans and newer customers and increase their market share in the personal care market. The aim was to take an outdated brand that people didn’t trust anymore due to PR scandals about the quality of previous products, and position it with new product offerings that are more reflective of the current interests of the target audience and younger newcomers.
This looks like a simplified bodycare “base-products”, with customizable added scents for those who love fragrance or those who prefer to keep things simple.
The proposal of interactive brand experiences, such as, campaign filters for socials and an in-person rebrand summer pop-up shop were introduced to help create tangible and personalized experiences.
